FAQ

Pricing questions

How does pricing work?

Every feature is included on every plan. Plans differ only by how many listings you can put in front of guests: 1, up to 4, up to 7, or up to 12. For 13 or more, we invoice you directly.

Can I cancel?

Yes, any time. Your guides stay up until the end of the period you paid for. Nothing you recorded is deleted.

Is there a free month?

Yes. Everyone on the waitlist gets their first month free when DoorMe opens. Cancel before it renews and you pay nothing.

What counts as a listing?

A property that is published, with its guide open to guests. You can add as many properties as you like; the plan decides how many are live at once. Unpublish one to free the slot.

What happens if I have more properties than my plan covers?

Nothing is deleted. The oldest published properties fill your allowance; the rest keep every video and simply stop answering guests until you upgrade or unpublish something.

Do I pay on the web or in the app?

DoorMe is not in the stores yet. Join the waitlist with the band you need and we will email you the moment you can subscribe, in the app or here on the web.

Is there a per-listing price?

No. Plans are sold in bands: 1, up to 4, up to 7, or up to 12 listings. Pick the band you fit in.

Record it once. Every guest after that gets the answer.
